I may be a bit insane....I decided to do something for myself...
With the support of my husband and kids, I've decided to join the community band! They rehearse tonight...and I am scared! It's WAY out of my comfort zone to do this because I don't know anybody in the band and I haven't played my flute regularly for 13 years. I'm hoping good things will come of this...we'll see!

I remember dusting off my clarinet after 23 years. wow. It seemed to take A LOT more breath than it used to, to make that thing work!
