So, I promised the girls we would go to the Children's Museum in Harrisonburg....unfortunately they aren't open on Mondays!!! Dumb. I also forgot swimming suits for me and David...so the pool wasn't an option either. We had done the free golf course the day before with Drew..so that was off the table too. I decided to spend a bit more money than I would have at the Museum and take them to You Made It Pottery. They hadn't been for about 3 years...and I think I've been dubbed the "coolest mom"...at least for the day anyway. They had TONS of fun...we were there for 2 1/2 hrs...they really put in a lot of thought and effort. Here are some pics of their projects. I'll post pictures of the finished products when we pick them up in 2 weeks!
Kimmi named her fairy Emily...just because.
Alli named her turtle Boxie...because she's a box turtle.
Poor David...he just couldn't take it anymore...what a trooper!

They were SOOOO excited to show these to me, it was sooo cute. They did such a great job. Great idea, Steph.
